English Rural is the landlord of a development of affordable homes at Century Close, Cliddesden, which were built to meet the needs of local people. One of our shared ownership properties has become available for resale and we are looking for a local person who may be interested in purchasing the property.

To be eligible for this property, applicants must have a local connection to the Parish of Cliddesden. If we are unable to find suitable applicants from Cliddesden, we will consider applicants with a local connection to the surrounding Parishes of Winslade, Herriard, Ellisfield or Farleigh Wallop. However, priority will be given to anyone with a connection to Cliddesden.
